Design application
In order to file a registered design application, you need to enclose detailed drawings or photographs of the product bearing the design. Please note that such drawings or photographs must be presented on a neutral background.
When drafting the Danish design application, we also focus on issues that might be important in connection with design registration abroad. Design registration makes it possible to register the design of more than one product or different versions of the same product provided that such products belong to the same Locarno class, e.g. a telephone and a battery, a knife and a fork, etc. This is a so-called multiple application.
