Description The purpose of this seminar is to develop an IP strategy in relation to rights held by competitors enabling participants to monitor such rights and thus avoid infringement.
On the first day of the seminar we focus on the rights conferred by patents, challenging the validity of a patent, monitoring of rights; and on the second day we focus on IP strategies and law enforcement in Denmark and abroad. Duration: Two days Proposed program

Location This seminar is normally held at our office in Aarhus as several of our patent attorneys will be involved.
